Step 1: Providing Ad Details
The customer will provide detailed information about the product or service to be advertised, including the budget and duration of the ad campaign.
Step 2: Granting Page Task Access
To obtain Task Access to the page, we will send a request from our agency’s Business Manager account to the customer’s page. The customer will approve the request by navigating to Page Settings > New Pages Experience > Page access from a desktop or laptop. Note that the request does not appear on Facebook’s mobile version or app.
Step 3: Making Payment
The specified service charge for the advertisement must be paid to us in advance via Stripe/PayPal/Bank/Wise/Binance. After making the payment, the customer must provide the necessary proof of payment.
1. The minimum ad budget is $3 per day, with no maximum limit based on the customer’s preference.
2. The maximum duration for an ad campaign is 10 days.
3. For larger budgets, the customer can discuss and determine the method of advance and subsequent payments. However, if the customer fails to make the payment within the stipulated time, the ad will be temporarily paused.
4. After submitting the ad, Meta’s automatic system will review it before activation. Meta may take up to 24 hours to review an ad. This process is entirely controlled by Meta, and we have no role in it. If an ad remains under review beyond 24 hours, we will escalate it for manual review via Meta Support. If the ad cannot be activated due to a Meta policy, we will discuss with the customer and issue a refund within a maximum of 5 working days.
5. If the customer fully determines the audience targeting, we will share all targeting information upon request. However, if we determine the audience targeting, we are not obliged to share this information due to business policies.
